These terms govern your use of RankQuery. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

RankQuery provides visibility benchmarking for local businesses. We aggregate publicly available data to generate a score representing your discoverability across search engines, maps, AI platforms, and review sites.

Your Account

• Provide accurate business information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• You're responsible for activity under your account
• One account per business location

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or reports
• Impersonate another business or person
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

Data Accuracy

The RankQuery Score is an estimate based on publicly available data. We don't guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Rankings and visibility can change frequently, and our score reflects a snapshot in time. Don't make major business decisions based solely on your score.

Intellectual Property

RankQuery, the RankQuery Score, our methodology, reports, and interface are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. You retain ownership of any business data you provide.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for significant changes when possible.

Limitation of Liability

RankQuery is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using RankQuery at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason with notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email.
